Software licenses can be purchased and paid for upfront (with Annual Support and Maintenance (ASM) fees) or billed as a combined annual fee as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with ASM included.
You have your choice installing on-premises software or using software hosted in the cloud on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
